i love mango season! mangoes everywhere! so juicy, so delicious, so sweet. it feels like summertime.
i found another heart over the weekend. i think this polaroid is my favorite out of the whole set now.

Truth (via (kerry ball))
one of my favorite words…and favorite words to photograph. truth and honesty mean a lot to me.
i made this collage totally spur of the moment this morning, after i found that feather on the sidewalk on the way to my office.
this is the first collage that i’ve made that isn’t “personal” to me so i wasn’t sure how it would turn out. i’m actually happy with the results so i’ve decided to put it up for sale on etsy. depending on how this turns out and if it does sell, i’ll probably start trying to sell more collages on etsy and eventually offer custom collages as well.
check out my etsy listing HERE thanks!!
my latest altered polaroids:

from bloc party lyrics:
with you I am calm; a pearl in your oyster.
head on my chest a silent smile, a private kind of happiness.
you see giant proclamations are all very well, but our love is louder than words.
from margaret atwood poem:
you fit into me
like a hook into an eye
a fish hook
an open eye
this was taken with a polaroid spectra camera and expired spectra film. it was shot during bright sunlight and i love that it came out so dark! that’s definitely one of my favorite things about polaroids and expired film- you never know what you are going to get!
